Referring to the slides below from the "Hazard and Risk Concepts and Analysis " module, give an example of a system that fits the profile of the first slide (equal quantitative hazard risk evaluation; but different hazard qualitative risk index). Also, give an example of a system that fits the profile of second slide (equal qualitative hazard risk index, but different quantitative hazard risk evaluation).
