Risk Management research

Once you've selected your topic, you are to research that topic and present your findings in a paper.  The paper should include the following sections:

Introduction - This is a brief, usually less than a page.

Literature Search - This is a longer section where you (hopefully) find the work done by others similar to or related to the topic of your paper.  You will need to properly cite the works and show the relevance to your topic.

Conclusion - what are your thoughts and/or conclusions about the topic.  How would integrate this information into a Safety Management System?  How will it support it?  How will your new knowledge make the SMS better?
