School leader interview.  This should be someone at the level of Department Head, Dean, Vice Principal, Principal, or similar administrative title. Develop a set of questions that consider legal issues of instruction in the schools and how administrators and teachers should prepare and respond to these issues. Develop at least 10 questions and follow-up questions to draw the interviewee out. Write a paper describing the person interviewed, his or her role and experience, and their responses and examples regarding the questions. Following the interview and the responses, you will analyze the responses and discuss how they are relevant to specific topics and issues in our work this week. Some suggested interview questions:

What is your title?

How long have you been in this role? How long have you been in the field of education?

What are some of the legal issues that you must contend with, from an instructional point of view in your position? 

Can you give an example of a situation in your career in which you have seen or heard about a case where a school or teacher has been accused of negligence or malpractice?

In your opinion, whose responsibility, ultimately, is the education and instruction of studentsand why?
