- The final paper must include the items on the Checklist for Writing a Policy Analysis set out in Chapter 14, page 289 of our e-text (see attachment). Please see the attached final project-scoring rubric at the end of this syllabus. This assignment is worth 35% of your grade. You will be presenting this analysis at the end of our semester.
Your paper should be no more than 5 pages long and in APA format. Must provide reference page.
