Part of HR is helping others plan their careers by identifying potential career paths and the training and development that will be needed to potentially achieve that path.

1.     Create a career path for yourself based upon your current desires AS A SOCIAL SERVICES MANAGER for at least the next 10 years.

2.     Identify the positions that you will attempt to move through, the length of stay in the position, what will be needed to advance to each position (experience, knowledge, skills, and training).
