Briefly describe the elements of an Information Security Plan (ISP).  Be sure to utilize multiple sources in order to gain a broad spectrum of how the ISP experts define these elements.  Then, briefly describe what an ISP might entail for a commercial software development company.  Keep in mind the types of information a commercial software development company may need to protect (I.e. Intellectual Property), the risks they face, how they would want to protect and verify the information, and who they may need to protect it from.

The paper must following the formatting guidelines in The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (2010), (6th ed., 7th printing), and contain a title page, five scholarly references, three to five pages of content, and a reference page.
