Should use of drugs be decriminalized? What are the pros and cons of decriminalization? What are the problems with keeping drugs within the criminal realm, financial aspects of the black market, the difficulty in getting addicts into effective treatment programs, and using jail space for persons whom many consider to be ill, not criminal?
