2. Using manipulative appeals to conscience through role playing or other means
3. Misrepresenting the moral seriousness of the offense
4. Making promises beyond the power of the police to offer

The U.S. Supreme Court basically approves most types of deception during interrogation. Among those four techniques listed above, do you think they all shall be allowed during interrogation? If not, which one do you think shall be forbidden? State your reasons as well.
