1. Social media has become a major part of today's culture, especially in the U.S. and was initially designed to connect with people and share ideas. Today, it is used in many different ways. Do you think that is OK for an employer to use social media as part of the hiring process to learn about a potential employee? What about a University as part of its acceptance process? Would you accept a position at an organization if you were required to "friend" your boss on all social media accounts? Why or Why not? 

2. Anderson worked for the City of Tampa, answering phone calls from citizens. Anderson knew that all calls were recorded, but due to an error with the system that he was unaware of, the system continued recording his statements after the call had ended. Anderson had made some negative remarks about the city manager's office and some of the citizens that had called, and his employment was terminated. Anderson sued the city, alleging it had not right to record his private conversations with co-workers that were unrelated to city business. Who should prevail? Why?
