Solve IVP using LaPlace Transform

y'' + 3y' - 2y = xe^ -2xY(0)=0, y'(0)= -2

S2+3s-2 = 1 - 2(s+2)2 / (s+2)2 --> L-1 {2s2 - 8s -7 / (s+2)2 (s2+3s-2)}

I made it so A(s2+3s-2) + BS+C(s+2)2 but I'm not having much luck.
