SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME on this

Audience analysis is extremely important because it helps you decide whether the receiver will react positively or negatively to your message. As we've seen, profiling the audience BEFORE developing the message is imperative in determine tone, organization of the message and many other factors.

I need help with describing a message that was given either verbally or written, where the speaker or author did not analyze the audience or purpose before determining how to organize the message (Indirect or Direct). What was the repercussion? How did it make you feel?
