Someone who is focused on themselves only, is focused on themselves only. Whether they are having a conversation with you or not, their focus will not change so, they cannot be fully engaged in the conversation with you. Unless you are talking about them, then they probably will be more attentive than you have ever seen them before!I wonder if there is a way to spot such deceptive communicators.
