Project – Policy Brief on Issues in the Texas' 87th Legislative SessionRead the following article from the Texas Standard titled,  "From COVID-19 to policing and elections: How state vs. local tensions will play out at the legislature." There are five issues the author states will likely be heavily debated during the 87th Texas legislative session; choose one to write a policy brief about. Decide whether your brief will be for an elected local official or for a member of the state legislature (also determine if your elected official or state representative is a Democrat or Republican, this will determine the stance you take on your chosen topic). **Additional instructions are found in the attached file.**Project Format  (10 points)  :
