Explain the significance of the self-assessment results in relation to your individual behavior, your behavior within groups, and within organizations. 

Self-assessment helps to understand my true values. For myself, it is important because I am extremely ambitious and goal oriented. This can be a great asset when working towards a successful career, but I am also easily persuaded and I can see value, sometimes that’s too much value in every pursuit that comes my way. Understanding what makes me tic benefits my decision-making abilities. It also helps me to plan my future. I want a successful career but in order to accomplish my goal, I need know my strengths and weaknesses in order to gauge my career advancements carefully. Otherwise, I might except a position that does not complement my strengths.

 What have you learned about your ability to manage others within the workplace? 

For myself, I have learned that I work well with others but that I am not a fan of conflict. Conflict when it comes to superiors or coworkers it does not matter. I can also be a little vain when it comes to project, which is important since I do work in a marking department. Still, I need to remember the whole picture and not just as it applies to vanity. I have also learned that I have an issue with talking to new people. To this day I hate meeting new people. I can cope with a smile and a strong handshake, I'm just not sure that I pull it off. So, asking for feedback when it comes to interpersonal skills is on my to-do-list. 

What have you learned about what it takes to manage yourself or how you respond to the management tactics of others within the workplace?

I have learned that it takes a degree observation when it comes to managing people and myself. Observation to find out the root of the problem, the root of the goal and work together to make everyone happy. Managing takes standing up for someone's rights to be respected and that includes respecting yourself.
