Special note: Each student must post on Discussion #1 entitled, "Announce your chosen State for PowerPoint" the name of the state they would like to research (Mississippi is not an option). It will be a first come, first serve right to each state. Once a state has been chosen, no other student can pick that state for their research. This will help to assure that we do not have a specific state researched by more than one person in the class.
Assignment: Each student will select a state other than Mississippi on which to develop a (15-20 slide) presentation. This presentation should include the following information on the student’s chosen state:
