In writing the paper, you can start by providing summary background on your leader, and continue by discussing the traits this leader possesses that have led to his/her success.

In addition, you can explain the legacy that this person has left or will leave with the organization that they have worked with.

Most important all, you should use your research to highlight, discuss and analyze the management/leadership practices your subject has demonstrated and how his/her actions compare and contrast to the management theories studied in this course. Also, be sure you differentiate between management and leadership activities that define this leader.
