Need Straw Man Outline:  Two Page Document  Very Simple 

Need a IT/Business professional to provide a Strawman document The strawman document should be in a table or outline.  It should identify the tasks needed for an IT department to support the rollout of a new system.

2 IT should Outline and describe what items the IT department should be prepared to discuss the with Accounting Manager the User Management Administration Tool.  

      3.      It should describe Production Services

o   How will users report an outage issue etc..

o   24x7x365 access and on call support  etc…

-          4.  Briefly describe Vendor support

o   What is  needed from the Vendor

5 .IT should describe is is  needed to complete end user training.
