- The briefs should be no more than 2-pages (single-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font, 1" margins).
- The case you brief must be U.S. Supreme Court cases decided between October 2016 and October 2018 terms
- The case decision must address a right or liberty in B.O.R. or 14th Amendment
To earn the full 10 points for each brief, clearly address the following elements in the case:
