Choose 1 (one) organization of interest as a team and address the questions below. Do note that the organization teams selected for Part 1 will be used for all parts of the research project. Teams cannot change the organization after having submitted Part 1.

You have been invited as a team of management consultants to undertake a diagnosis to understand the conditions both internal and external to the organization that determine the inefficiencies, opportunities for improvement and strategic competencies. As a team, you will address all the questions below:

3. What is the organization’s design and culture?
4. What is the leadership culture?
5. Who are the stakeholders?
6. What are the factors that determine the organization’s competitive success?
7. What are the current problems?
8. What are the opportunities?
9. What core theories and frameworks will be used to guide the organizational analysis?
10. Recommendations
11. Conclusion 

NOTE: You just need to do part 6,7,8 from all these and the organization is Air Canada.
