• 4. Mental status: Summarize the client’s activity, mood and affect, thought process, content and perception, cognition, insight, and judgment from the biopsychosocial assessment.
• 5. Case summary: Summarize the legal, ethical, and cultural considerations for this client along with their strengths and challenges and your rationale for a diagnosis.
