The Awakening: Bibliographic Assignment Guidelines

The Awakening is a popular novel that has received much critical attention, thereby lending itself to a small library assignment.  Please pay attention to campus librarian Karla Bluestone’s presentation on Thursday, 2 February as she discusses relevant library resources.

 - Read and summarize the article in 200-300 words (about a page double spaced). 

 -In a sentence or two, explain if the article were useful to you, that is, explain what

      new insights it gave you about the novel.

 -Document your secondary source according to the MLA.
