Susan Stone is a landscape painter living near Los Alamos, New Mexico. She chose her home as it gave her beautiful views of the surrounding valleys and is isolated from nearby towns. She just learned that the Federal Government is planning on building a data storage facility, which boarders her property. The building will actually increase the value of her land. She decides to file a lawsuit claiming that the building violates her right to the "pursuit of happiness," found in the Declaration of Independence (ignore all other possible causes of action).
