TETRA radio

I would like a 8 pages research paper about Terrestrial Trunked Radio (TETRA) using at least 8 sources. Also I will need a power point  slides for presentation about the research and it should be about 5 mins talk. What should be covered is what is TETRA, how does it work, where is it used. why. advantages, disadvantages, history ... and so on. Lastly, attached is outline sheet. I would like you to fill out before starting writing.
