The below is a person replying to my post, and i want to reply something good back, how would you reply back
Thanks for sharing the five stages of consumer behaviors. More often than naught,"the post-purchase behavior" is a good and bad trigger for me. If it's good, I will definitely purchase the brand again or more of the same item in a different color (especially clothes). If the purchase is less favorable, I'll just return it. If it's a service such as a patron at a restaurant, I'm very honest about my experience by completing a survey and sharing candid feedback.
I attached a link below and I particular liked the reference of the relationship between the consumer's expectation of the value of the product and its perceived performance. This is definitely true in the instance of satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
