1.      The executives of the company have wanted to decide of how to proceed with this project. This needs to consider both the schedule, which we can see on the Gantt chart and the projected costs. We need to calculate the estimate to complete (ETC) and the estimate at completion (EAC). The good news is that MSP can help with this. We also know that there is more than one way to determine the ETC.

        I.           Consider that the project will perform as it has to date for the remainder of the project

      II.           Consider that the project will perform on the remainder according to the original plan

    III.           Consider that we are not sure that the remaining plan is accurate and we need to pause and re-estimate the remainder of the project.
