to share your analysis of how your newly discovered self-awareness impacts your leadership at 

the organizational level: 

      1. How do my actions and contributions lend themselves to creating a positive               environment when it comes to interacting and developing teams? Provide Examples. (ELO’s A,  B, E, J) 

      2. Regarding creative and critical thinking, how does what I learned this week relate to 

          problem solving, decision making, and ethical decision making? Provide Examples. (ELO’s I, K, 

          L, M, N) 

    3. How did active listening and feedback help me to attain my personal goals and what 

         value does that bring to the Army Profession? Provide Examples. (ELO’s C, D, F, G, J)

    4. What are my key self-awareness takeaways for the week and how do they accentuate
