The following exam consists of short answer questions. Please keep in mind that the short answer questions need to be scored manually by the professor. Upon submission, your score for any short answer question will be a zero until the professor grades these questions manually.The exam questions come from the Weeks 1 - 4 readings in Fundamentals of Emergency Management and the Comprehensive Preparedness Guide.  Use those readings to answer the questions.

I especially do not want to see answers from dictionaries.
