It should speak to the validity - that is how you can ensure the project will be completed without bias and results will be considered valid. Your statistics and research methods courses should be helpful in looking at things like design, sample and sample size, instrumentation, data collection, analysis, and validity/reliabilty etc. This section can be completed in narrative or outline format.
