The Nervous system in Human body
The nervous system in the human body is made up of all the nervous cells and acts as the
body's communication array with the outside world and many systems within the body. The
nervous system uses the body's senses to collect information, process the information, and then trigger a reaction such as a person screaming in a haunted house when there is a loud noise. The nervous system has billions of nerve cells, or neurons, throughout the body which help communicate. The neurons have a cell body, each with various extensions, the shorter being called dendrites that act as the cell's antenna and receive the signals to the cell body.
