Please follow the instructions and guidelines provided in the attached document. The solution should have something to do with the title(modulo). No usage of string processing or built in methods for binary conversion is allowed. Don't use conditionals or logical operators as well. Lastly, program must compile and run effectively for all the values mentioned in the instructions.
