The purpose of the research study is to investigate the effectiveness of using stress and coping management in preventing burnout towards nurses working in stressful areas such as ED and ICU. 

Research Question

The research study will answer whether nurses who practice stress and coping management has less burnout compared to nurses who do not practice stress and coping management.
