There are 7 cases in total, make main points with enough detail within 2-3  pages per case.  practicing "good business writing" and using a memo format.  Picture that you are responding to a manager or a client for each of these cases.  Your writing should be clear, concise, and well supported.  

 as well make pawer point presntaion  with  3 pages of note to be recorded over for all cases !!!
