There are DIFFERENT DUE DATES:

Assignment 1: Due on March 15, 2024, at 6PM

Assignment 2: Due on April 5, 2024, at 6PM

Assignment 1:

Social Problem of your choice.

A)     Identify up to two topics you are potentially interested in addressing for your portfolio and explain what interests you about the topics and what specific questions you might be interested in exploring related to the project. You should put a complete paragraph for each idea. 

B)     Provide at least one video that relates to EACH of your topics and give a summary of what is valuable about it. 

C)     Provide at least one article or series of pictures from the internet that will help me to further understand your social problems that you would like to dig into. 

Assignment 2:

Create a portfolio on a social problem of your choice by picking one of the two topics you provided from Assignment 1. 

The portfolio will include the following: 

• A brief, 4-page research paper using 5 outside sources.
• A guide to research and online media.
• A 5 slide PowerPoint
• A fourth component of your design.
