There are two parts of the research paper.

Need to prepare an original research paper which includes an outline and proposed bibliography maximum of 6 pages initially and later an extension of the same paper for up to 15 pages.

The paper should cover issues that could include (but not limited to) Indigenous Women, Self-Determination and Self Government, Title or Specific Rights, or relation to the justice system. The paper must critique the issues contextually and comparatively and may use examples of the legal plight of Indigenous Peoples globally, the policy environment, the findings of inquiries or commissions, financial arrangements and future prospects.
