From the equations given in the picture I need a

1) SimUaid Circuit that give the 8 nand or nor gates and inverters and the 3 D flip-flops that are needed, it can be   drawn out; it does not have to be done in the software.

2) I also need the VHDL code that can be generated from the circuit.
