This is a group assignment and I have highlighted my part in one of the screenshots. The rest 2 screenshots consists a job opening at Amazon and 1 more about SMART objectives. The assignment task is to follow and design a training program both OFF JOB training and ON JOB training that will satisfy the highlighted part in the screenshot. THE QUESTION ITSELF consists of a lot of SUBSECTIONS. I can provide more information if needed. MShould include SMART OBJECTIVES ABOUT THE TRAINING.
