Background: Many people think of telecommuting from the perspective of how it might make their lives easier. This perspective is an oversimplification of the work design option. In this paper, you are asked to address each of the following issues to address the following:
You are a Human Resources (HR) manager. You have been tasked to work with a specific internal department to provide both guidance and structure to the potential roll out of a telecommuting option for that group. As such, you want to address the following specific issues with that departments management team (NOTE: The associated point value for each component is noted in bold):
