This is an important project for an IMC(integrated marketing communications) course.

The parts that I am expecting from you are marked as yellow on the file Group Project Info.

On the file "Frame work analysis", you can see the detailed information about what is expected from you on the parts that i am willing from you.

On the file "Group 4 mp" you can see that i have already done the mid term paper part;  you should stick to the problem  below:

''The internal set up of the organization is well established and thus it has been able to achieve its major objectives. The only challenge is that, even though the company operates in Africa, there is not a single representative in the board of directors or the executive committee. Therefore, if this is not corrected, operations in Africa are likely to drop because no one understands the African lifestyle in the entire management making them unsuitable to govern Africa.'' when continuing to the parts that i expect from you.

Since the part you are expected to done must be related and correlated with "Group_4_MP" file, you should examine that file and maintain it on the basis of that.

I also add an example file, "Final+Paper..."  to give you an idea and make it clear. This file is an example final work that the expected work from you must look a like this one as its format.

At the final the work must be a PDF file just like the "Final+Paper..." .
