In business, understanding the role of the manager in an organization is fundamental for employees. Students will learn about the manager's role in the workplace, and the importance of an organization's social responsibilities.

Compose a summary in which you address the following:

  • Discuss the manager's role in the workplace.
  • Explain why it is important for managers to understand the concepts of social responsibility, ethics, and cultural differences when creating a meaningful workplace?
