write a research essay on the government and healthcare. I want to see a good strong essay with all three parts of the paper working as one. 

The U.S. healthcare system has been a controversial topic for decades. Here are the aspects and questions to address for this essay:

1. Identify a current issue being debated about the American healthcare system.
2. ​Develop the key arguments for each. 
3. Address the responsibilities of each level of government, as appropriate. 
4. Draw lessons and offer at least two competing solutions as part of your conclusion.
5. Evaluate which one is preferable in your closing statement.  

REQUIREMENTS:

• A well crafted essay with a strong introduction and a conclusion which lays out the lessons. I do not have any length limits as an essay is as long or as short as it needs to be. But a conclusion is going to be multiple paragraphs not a single paragraph or a block of text with lots of things crammed in. :)
• Incorporation of concepts and terms from the required readings.
• Inclusion of facts from a recent news article about the topic/solution.
• Correct spelling, grammar, and formatting, whether it's APA, MLA, or Chicago/Turabian. If appropriate, proper use of direct quotes.  
• See the essay rubric for further details on grading.

Writing tip - Essays should be written in the third person perspective. (Don't use: " we, us, our, you, your"). I and me can be used when appropriate to do so.
