Nonprofit Organization Profile

In 2013, Eclipse Psychological Services was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) organization in the state of Arizona. The organization’s mission is to provide psychological counseling services, including individual, family, and group counseling, for Maricopa County residents. Eclipse Psychological Services currently receives funding from a state grant in order to provide services to low-income residents. Those individuals with an income of less than 150% of the federal poverty guidelines pay a reduced fee for each visit. The organization also attempts to bring in other sources of revenue through client health insurance, other grant sources, fundraising, and donations. Eclipse Psychological Services employs a director, part-time psychiatrist, 4 licensed psychologists, a part-time nurse, 2 case management staff, and an administrative assistant. The organization would like to eventually grow large enough (based on service demand) to eventually open a satellite office.
