First Clear the formatting of the text you copied and change the Font for eachparagraph to one of the most common fonts ( Time New Roman , Verdana , Calibri , Arial *Courier , Garmond , etc . !2. Each of the copied paragraphs must be set in a different font type*Font size cannot be larger than 12 pts .4. Make sure that there is NO SPACE between lines . IE. g. go to Inert tab , Paragraphgroup , Line and Paragraph spacing feature and select REMOVE SPACE BEFORE / AFTERPARAGRAPHIN5. Insert a Word Art that displays your intended MAJOR / Field of Study / Career . ThisWord Art MUST be centered at the top and just across one of the columns .5. Format the text that you copied in News style columns selecting either Right or Left .| Not equal column widths !7 . For each paragraph , insert & heading and format the heading with Heading 1 style*&. Make sure that you insert a citation including all the necessary fields required forthe specific type of reference that you used for each paragraph.2. Insert a section break after the copied paragraphs ,10. Set a DROP CAP for EVERY paragraph in this newsletter .71 .
