You do not need todiscuss all of the themes listed above and you can also elaborate on a theme different from theseas well.Your paper can answer questions like: how does the novel capture the connections between U.S.intervention in Latin America and immigration from those countries to the U.S.? How doesTobar deal with race, especially indigeneity? Why are Latino immigrants vulnerable tohomelessness or labor exploitation in the U.S.?
