This the project of human resource management course (3000 words). The project title is "A job within an organization" (A job that i have done or i have to ask a friend who is working and that should be in Canada). The prof gave me his own structure that he wants and the project should be exactly on how he instructed, .. there is 3 sections and each section includes sub headings.

Section 1 - Discuss the organization (500 words) .. For example, It should start like this. "The purpose of this paper is to use the results of a job analysis for (position X) at (organization name) to develop recruitment and selection program.  Section 1 included 3 paragraphs.. 

Section 2 - Results of a job analysis (1000 words) 

Section 3 - Propose new recruitment and selection program ( 1500 words)
