Include a cover letter with your outline. For your reference, Exercise 5 is: Prepare to discuss a major community problem suitable for a long report (e.g., traffic, crime, air and water pollution, housing, transportation). Then write a letter to an appropriate agency or business requesting a study of the problem and a reportUse Exercise 5 to determine a major community problem that you will create your outline and then report (for Week 7) and presentation (for Week 8).  

For this week's discussion forum, you will present ideas for possible topics. Each post should list 3-5 ideas with a 1-2 sentence rationale for the ideas.
