This week we are to create an annotated bibliography in paper form with at least three resources along with an outline. An annotated bibliography is a list of citations we will be using in our week 5 assignment with a short paragraph evaluating each source. We need to find three sources that provide relevant information on two different points that will be addressed in week five which include:

~ Recommendations for a cash management strategy that will minimize the financing cost and increase cash flow for the company. 

~ Explain two economic and market forces that will impact the financial plan of this company. 

Part 3: Find a source and write a short (around 200 word) evaluation explaining how we will use the resource for week five.
