To all my biology tutors,

So I didn't perform to well on my my first exam last night, I studied

for a week on the material (CH 21, 22, 23, 24 BIO 212) but didn't seem to retain information. Are there any study methods that you find that work better than others? I do very well in lab so maybe I'm an active learner..
