To what extent do you see the various counseling specializations as constituting a common profession?

To what extent do you see the various counseling specializations as constituting a common profession?  Identify potential strengths and resources that arise by having  unity in the midst of this  diversity.  Does the 20/20 definition of counseling (ACA, 2010) contribute to unity?  What might you identify as potential weaknesses or potential conflicts of interest (be specific)?
