Topic:  Domestic Violence in Dating Relationships

This is a basic research type of paper. You should include at least 3 outside sociological academic sources (preferably academic journals).  The required textbooks can be used but do not count as sources. The paper can be written on any topic that you would like as long as it relates to Sociology of the Family.  Choose any topic that you find interesting, it usually makes for a better paper if it is a topic that you would like to learn more about.  Be sure to Cite your work in APA style! As for format; don't use font smaller than 12, type, double space, and include a title page with your name, date, assignment title, and course title.  Assignments with no title page will receive a 10% deduction. There is no page limit, however, they tend to be 6-9 pages long.
