Do the research to determine how Gartner's Evaluation/Ranking on cloud computing services is done(what factors or criteria has been considered). Similar to Gartner's evaluation, choose 2 others who rank cloud computing services in the market. 

Based on looking at multiple evaluations, you can likely determine which are the best based on what your team feels is the most important criteria to determine top cloud providers.  Good to share how others evaluated and their conclusions, but the real value is in your team adding to it by determining how you think that should be ranked.
